Install on Astra SE 1.8
Do not run the Ubuntu curl script on Astra. Unpack the EAS release and run the installer from deploy/astra:

How to try
- Request a trial key with the Astra (beta) track — 90 days
- On clean Astra SE 1.8 run the Astra curl from the download page (not the Ubuntu command)
- Activate the license in admin and add a controller
- Validate ACS, cameras, and the floor plan on a test site

Which Astra version is required?
The beta targets Astra Linux SE 1.8 x86-64. Other editions only by agreement with support.
Is this GA support already?
Not yet: Astra SE 1.8 is an open beta for pilots. Please report issues to support. The separate GA one-command path is Ubuntu 22.04+.
Why a 90-day trial?
Beta installs need more time for setup, hardware checks, and ACS scenarios — so we extended the trial specifically for Astra.
Will an Astra key work on another OS?
No. An Astra-track key activates only on Astra. For Ubuntu request a Ubuntu-track key (30 days).
¿Puede EAS convivir con MIC?
Sí, en Astra SE 1.8 en modo advanced — tras preparar el servidor (script MIC y comprobación). Convivencia en el sitio, no certificación FSTEC ni soporte MRD.
