The problem

Why “just an access control” is no longer enough

Three apps instead of one

Access, video, and sensors live in separate tools — guards switch windows and events stay disconnected.

Hidden cost of add-ons

Custom integrations, per-door licenses, and paid modules quietly consume the budget.

No picture of the site

Classic access control products show tables and logs — not a live building plan with doors and cameras.

In practice

Why pilots move fast

₽ RUB 30,000 one-time

No per-door fees or hidden modules — one license for the whole site.

Pilot in one day

Ubuntu install ~30 minutes; Astra SE 1.8 and Windows Server — 90-day pilot trial. Then controller and floor plan.

Frequently asked questions

How is EAS different from a typical access control system?

EAS combines access control, video surveillance, and sensors in one web UI with an interactive facility map. You do not switch between three apps — events appear on the floor plan in real time.

Do you need the Internet for on-site operation?

No. EAS runs on a local server on your LAN (Ubuntu by default; Astra SE 1.8 beta). Passages, journal, and the map work offline. The hub is only for updates and licensing.

Is there a limit on access points?

No. The EAS license is a one-time payment of 30,000 ₽ RUB with no limit on doors, controllers, or users at the site.

Which controllers are supported?

Out of the box today — ZKTeco C3-200 and C3-200 Plus and turnstiles. The device list expands: new controllers arrive with EAS updates. If you need another panel urgently — in some cases we can develop a custom driver (separate cost; physical access to the controller required). Cameras — Hikvision and RTSP; sensors — MagicAir, Aqara, Home Assistant.

How do EAS updates work?

Install from the site as the current full release (now 1.61, ~11 MB). Later changes ship as hub patches (~50 KB–a few MB) via “Update from hub”. Site database and settings are not overwritten.

How can I try before buying?

Full-feature trial: 30 days on Ubuntu or 90 days on Astra SE 1.8 / Windows Server. There is also an online browser demo with sample data.

How long does installation take?

A typical pilot on one controller takes from a few hours to one day: scripted install (~30 minutes), license activation, adding a controller, and uploading the floor plan.
