The problem
Access, video, and sensors live in separate tools — guards switch windows and events stay disconnected.
Custom integrations, per-door licenses, and paid modules quietly consume the budget.
Classic access control products show tables and logs — not a live building plan with doors and cameras.
Modules

ZKTeco C3 controllers, cards, roles, and access logs

Live player, mosaic, and day archive in the same UI as access events

Interactive map with doors, cameras, and sensors

Telemetry on the map and readings reports

Full-screen QR pass and live cameras from the site

Camera mosaic on Android TV at the guard desk

In practice
No per-door fees or hidden modules — one license for the whole site.
Ubuntu install in ~30 minutes; add a controller and floor plan the same day.
Real admin with sample data — try it before installing on a server.

30-day trial
Key by email first, then one command for IT. No credit card.

EAS combines access control, video surveillance, and sensors in one web UI with an interactive facility map. You do not switch between three apps — events appear on the floor plan in real time.
No. EAS runs on a local Ubuntu server on your network. Passages, the event log, and the floor plan work without the Internet. A link to the central hub is needed only for updates and licensing.
No. The EAS license is a one-time payment of 30,000 ₽ RUB with no limit on doors, controllers, or users at the site.
Out of the box today — ZKTeco C3-200 and C3-200 Plus and turnstiles. The device list expands: new controllers arrive with EAS updates. If you need another panel urgently — in some cases we can develop a custom driver (separate cost; physical access to the controller required). Cameras — Hikvision and RTSP; sensors — MagicAir, Aqara, Home Assistant.
Install from the site as the current full release (now 1.55, ~60 MB). Later changes ship as hub patches (~50 KB–a few MB) via “Update from hub”. Site database and settings are not overwritten.
A 30-day full-feature trial — install with one command on a test server. An online browser demo with sample data is also available.
A typical pilot on one controller takes from a few hours to one day: scripted install (~30 minutes), license activation, adding a controller, and uploading the floor plan.
