Which controllers are supported?
Out of the box today — ZKTeco C3-200 and C3-200 Plus and turnstiles. The device list expands: new controllers arrive with EAS updates. If you need another panel urgently — in some cases we can develop a custom driver (separate cost; physical access to the controller required). Cameras — Hikvision and RTSP; sensors — MagicAir, Aqara, Home Assistant.
Is anti-passback supported?
Yes, the anti-passback setting is available in the server settings for scenarios with turnstiles.
Is it possible to export the magazine?
Yes, uploading to CSV and Excel from the reports and event log section.
Does the mobile pass work?
Yes, with on-site support, employees can use the EAS app instead of a plastic card.
