Can I buy ACS software without a mandatory subscription?
Yes. The EAS license is a one-time ₽30,000 RUB payment. Update subscription and paid support are optional — the site keeps running without them.
How much does ACS cost for 100 doors?
The same ₽30,000 RUB license: EAS has no door limit. You pay for the platform, not per door — unlike typical cloud per-door tariffs.
Are updates at 20,000 ₽ RUB /month mandatory?
No. The update subscription is optional. Without it you keep running the installed version. With it you get hub-update: ~50 KB patches or a full release on major versions.
Do I need a support subscription?
No. Telegram has a free community: questions, install help, and bug reports in your language (EAS Support group). Paid email support (50,000 ₽ RUB /month) is optional with a business-day SLA. The trial and docs also let you start without a subscription.
Is the trial really free?
